DEDEN CASE STUDY ONE
Clients: Couple with a one-year-old baby.
Father self employed, mother past employed, now caring for baby.
Q. “We’ve scrimped and saved to own our home outright, so you’d think we could afford to have another child, but how?”
A. They were set up with their own Wealth Optimisation Plan using the equity in their home, right away.
The plan started by building an investment portfolio outside the home using the equity in the home. They quickly saw how they could have:
1. More children without the mother having to return to work
2. A time-line for the father to start on a 2-day week.
(The plan for the first two years was to build up an investment portfolio of 5 properties. Through cash-flow from rent and capital growth they were able to replace their own income with passive income. The plan gave them certainty of when they could stop work, enjoy a financial consistency and clarity while the children were growing and spend more time with them along the way.)

Why be trapped in the common matrix? The Wealth Optimisation Plan gives you freedom of choice.
DEDEN CASE STUDY TWO
Clients: Young couple just out of university, in their first jobs.
Q. “Should we buy a home or should we rent and invest?”
A. By setting out to do a Wealth Optimisation Plan at the onset, two possible strategies could be examined to let them know what would work best over a given period of time.
They decided to generate a lot more money for renting and investing and with their plan. Now, both at their current age of 23, they have a third investment property. In two years they will have 5 investment properties and by their mid 30’s, the income from their 5 properties will replace their current income.
