Q: Why Michael?

A: For a start, he’s passionately fond of property investing as a life wealth vehicle and his own life is an illustration of how well a plan works
if put together properly in the first place.

At the onset, Michael was a great engineer officer in the Australian Army, at one time successfully leading a squadron through minefields.
After breaking his spine in an accident, his resolve was only strengthened. It took him less than a year to be on top of it and then the accumulation of a rare expertise, began: Business coaching, investment coaching, personal development coaching – throughout Australia and NZ.

Q: Then why property investment?

A: Michael was convinced that a particular plan of property investment, coupled with a lifestyle value plan, would achieve great success.

In tandem with his coaching experience, Michael had been designing, financing and managing over 750 individual property transactions. He attended investment courses in Australia and the US, learning as much as possible about real estate investment and building investment portfolios.

He set up and managed several businesses, became vice president of an e-commerce company and coached a London-based film production company to health and profit. He then set out to experience the international options trading market.
